Look under Device manager (Right Click on my computer, properties). There should be a group called Creative Miscellaneous Devices. One of the items under that group is Creative SB Live! SB16 Emulation. It doesn't let you change the settings, as far as I know, but it does show the port, IRQ, DMA etc. info used.
